Mailpiece Design Certification
Obtaining certification in understanding and designing mail for automation is essential for mailers to get
their mail accepted, receive Postal discounts and speed mail delivery for themselves and their customers.
PGCA, our sister affiliate will provide a three-day, 5-hour virtual classroom program covering the MSMA MDC Study Guide.
Bring Your Questions. This is followed by an open-book exam, for certification as a MSMA Mailpiece
Design Consultant (MDC).

Details
To help you prepare, a PDF of the MSMA MDC Study Guide and review test questions will be sent to you
before the workshop begins. Register early to ensure you receive your materials on time. Attendees will
be registered for the online MDC exam, and the link and passcode will be provided on the last day. The
results of the online 100-question exam will be displayed online, along with a certificate of completion.
Since the exam is open book, the passing grade is 90%. The test can be taken online one additional time
at no extra cost.
