Can I bring my design team?

Yes! This is an ideal for design teams to get out of the office and touch and feel the latest swatches and samples in a fun and relaxed setting. It is also a great team building and bonding event!

Are swatch samples provided?

Yes! Our exhibitors have come prepared and ready to show and give you the latest in design and trends for 2026.

What's the parking situation?

The venue has a large lot on each side of the building as well as street parking.

Exhibitor price includes 6’ wide table, 6’ table cloth, 1 chair, and admission for 2 representatives from your company.

 

Table selection is made in the order that applications are received by PIASD. A floor plan and exhibitor contract will be mailed to exhibitors who have requested a table.

How do I select my table location?

Is electricity provided for exhibitor tables?

Due to the unique venue layout, please note that there will be NO electrical hook ups for exhibitors.

The Vault Miramar, a 30,000 sqft media and event planning venue that does double duty as a vintage car storage garage. On Thursday, October 5, 2023 this stylish industrial space will serve as our second annual Paper Show location.  Centrally located in San Diego county with plenty of parking, this was a great location in 2019 and will once again make our Paper Show 2023 a success.
